Pilot. Two parts, one invoice: if the sealed forecast misses, or ROX is not ahead of the vendor stack on the metric you chose, the invoice is void. If the margin is close, we repeat the run at our cost.
Runs. A sealed run beyond the edge carries a result price: due on a won result only. Machine time is billed at list price by the vendor and is not refundable by us.
