Was wir speichern. Konto (E-Mail, Name, Rolle, Organisation, Passwort als argon2-Hash, TOTP-Geheimnis), Sitzungen (signierte Cookies, 12 Stunden), Zugriffsprotokoll (Nutzer, Zeit, Aktion, Akte), Freigaben, sowie die Inhalte, die Sie hochladen oder die für Sie erzeugt werden (Schaltkreise, Berichte). Uploads und Ausgaben liegen verschlüsselt auf der Platte; der Schlüssel liegt nur in der Serverumgebung.

Wozu. Betrieb des Ledgers, Nachweis wer wann welche Akte gesehen hat, Zustellung von Einladungen und Passwort-Links. Keine Weitergabe an Dritte außer dem E-Mail-Versanddienst für Einladungen (Resend oder Postmark) und dem Hosting (Hetzner, Helsinki).

Ihre Rechte. Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung (Projekt oder Akte samt Dateien durch den Eigentümer), Widerruf von Freigaben jederzeit. Anfragen an die oben genannte Adresse.

Cookies. Nur die Sitzung und, bei Freigabe-Links, der Freigabe-Zugang. Keine Analyse, keine Werbung.

What we store. Account (email, name, role, organisation, password as argon2 hash, TOTP secret), sessions (signed cookies, 12 hours), access log (user, time, action, record), shares, and the content you upload or that is produced for you (circuits, reports). Uploads and outputs are encrypted at rest; the key lives only in the server environment.

Why. Running the ledger, proving who saw which record when, delivering invitations and password links. No disclosure to third parties except the email delivery service for invitations (Resend or Postmark) and the hosting provider (Hetzner, Helsinki).

Your rights. Access, correction, deletion (project or record including files, by the owner), withdrawal of shares at any time. Requests to the address above.

Cookies. Only the session and, for share links, the share access. No analytics, no advertising.
